    Pros

I have made some life long friends in both previous and current employees and managers. The work environment is fast paced and it doesn't seem like you are there forever. They are able to work with my availability of having two jobs. The perks are awesome. They are trying to create more rewards for good employees. Time and a half foe holidays

    Cons

A lot of teems that are just there because mommy made them get a job. (I happen to work in a richer area where the "kids" are spoiled). I am unsure how some management got their positions. Scheduling it difficult because of so many employees. Hours cut on slow nights even after driving there that make the shift bot worth the gas. Difficult for corporate to tell how a movie will perform so we are either grossly overstaffed and sending people home right away or deathly understaffed where managers are begging people to come in. Leaving people in positions that they do not excel at and not training new people who might be better in said position because we don't have the hours. Cross training and learning all job areas doesn't seem to happen like it used too. Having to work crazy busy holidays.

    Advice to Management

Work towards cross training more people and actually having the best people in their best position. Stop giving unlimited chances to employees that should have been gone years ago because confrontation is uncomfortable. Reward your employees that work to the bone for each shift instead of just giving employee of the month to just anyone (your employees will stop working as hard if they see the standards that get employee of the month because why try harder than they have too)
