I have been working at Regency Theatres part-time (More than a year)

Great sense of teamwork. Especially if your theatre location is a small one. Good place to pick up basic job skills in customer service. Free popcorn and soda. Flexible schedule. Lots of downtime to bond with coworkers. Being able to see movies for free is a perk, but the policy on it is somewhat dumb (cannot be on a weekend, movie must be out of the first week of showing, can only bring one person with you, must have a manager notify theatre of your arrival, you have to sign something when you arrive)

Corporate is full of cheap, greedy business mongols. They will make sure you get paid as minimum as possible. No benefits. At all. In fact, your hours are capped at 28.5/week (even managers) because to go over 30 would force them to pay your insurance. If your GM doesn't favor you, prepare to get virtually no hours at all. No raises, even for those working for over 2 years. Corporate is way too cheap to update their equipment, hence the reputation of Regency as being a rundown theatre. Employee discounts are a joke. $1 off concessions.

    Advice to Management

Try actually caring about your employees and treat them like people rather than expendable drones.
