I worked at Regional Management full-time (more than an year)

A small, fast growing company in South Carolina.

Lots of backstabbing going on here, seems to be how managers survive. 2 people make all the decisions. Very autocratic. Favoritism is rampant.. Very 2 faced management. management is VERY insincere. State VP's and Branch managers throw their employees and support personnel "Under The Bus" as a SOP. Look up Prima Donna and it will show a picture of a few Senior VP's at this company. Even VP's have to get approval from the COO or CEO to buy anything like a phone or a printer. Cramped, Crappy offices unless you are a VP or above. Very unprofessional Management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Resign and hire some professional managers for day to day operations. Say what you mean and start giving honest feedback. Stop firing people simply because you don't like them or the way they talk, breathe or eat. Stop being so fake. Look at why turnover is so high and make adjustments. Be honest with the employees. AND stop telling the employees how great YOU are and what great things YOU have done. Try concentrating on the great things the employees are doing.
