    I have been working at Regus full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Fabulous clients, great experience, gain experience across all areas, get to interact with broad range of professions

    Cons

    Continually changing processes, I've had 6 different area managers in 5 years, cutting staff, increasing responsibilities and expectations but not increasing resources, managers spend too much time doing reception jobs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Losing the wow factor that allows us to sell for good profit. Hard to attend to clients or prospects when we are understaffed. CSRs are over worked, expected to do what center managers did 3 years ago and still run reception
