    I have been working at Regus full-time


    Lots of responsibility. Steady hours. Job duties can be rewarding.


    Lack of uniformity. Lack of knowledge. What I mean by that is when certain situations arise that should be pretty standard it seams like no one has a real answer. A lot of work falls by the wayside and customer suffer for it. Sales over customer service.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get a proper training program in place not just dumb videos that our outdated. Develop a trainer that can handle this task. This company needs to be more strict with uniform standards. Hire a local IT person to help assist customers.
