    I have been working at Regus full-time (Less than a year)


    It was a great job as a 19 year old girl fresh into the world and the clients are usually really great. Decent benefits (not that I ever got to use them, I was always working). Free paid days off.


    The drama within the employees is the worst. It can be like high school sometimes. It's quite insufferable. Day office clients were the worst. Very demanding. And each center runs on like 3 people. We got stretched pretty thin sometimes.

    Advice to Management

    Worry less about getting into each other's pants and more about treating your employees well. We already charged clients everything under the sun at least properly compensate your CSRs
