    I worked at Regus

    Pros

    Clients were usually good people and a pleasure to deal with. My team cared about doing a good job and had a good work ethic.

    Cons

    Sales quotas were unreasonable. Support services were poor. Pay is low. Commission structure constantly changes, not for the better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Let Center managers manage the center without the pressure of sales. Hire salespeople to sell.
