I worked at Regus full-time (more than 3 years)

This publicly traded company has a strong global brand (2000 business centers in 100 countries) with the largest array of flexible solutions for how, where, and when businesses (individual, small, medium, or large companies) want to work. The operation truly maximizes your versatility as a manager who is not only running the business at the Center level, but also growing the business by way of identifying new business opportunities and overcoming challenges. Along with a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction, the rewards of commission and bonus can be very attractive when you work hard for it.

As company continues to transition their new restructuring plans both at the middle management and center level, time management and sufficient staffing will always be a continuous challenge and adjustment during your day to day operation. Be prepared to multitask, prioritize, and be even more organized thank you think you already are.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As a large corporation that is always changing and trying to satisfy all your stakeholders, continue to communicate and improve the growing value of the workplace before, during, and after change is implemented. It leaves a lasting impression for not only your employees who are still working for Regus, but also those who no longer work for Regus as a result of restructuring and downsizing. As you know, everyone adjusts to change differently.
