I have been working at Regus full-time

    Pros

The work life balance is definitely there, you got your standard 8 hr work day plus lunch time, no commitment or expectation of late nights or weekends either. Scaled down (efficient) staff, so you don't have a massive crew to manage. Main thing is just keep the current occupants happy, and network within the business community as early as possible to obtain leads to help fill any open offices, at the core it's that simple.

    Cons

I think the compensation base should be a bit more, but you have the opportunity to earn annual bonuses and sales commission so you can still create a healthy comp plan for yourself on an 'avg/hr' basis
