Very disappointed how the company is being managed.

I worked at RehabAbilities part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Being paid weekly is helpful

    Cons

Empty promises, mistakes with scheduling constantly being called off and the lack of them searching for other facilities that can be using you in your area.and apparently it's okay for them to threaten you if you made a mistake and you thought you had a day off and they're text you that if you didn't report to the scheduled facility , that this would most certainly be considered patient neglectand then to top it off I rush to the facility to my surprise to find out I wasn't even scheduled and when i asked to speak to the owner kim Jones ,who i thought i had a good prior working relationship with, couldn't be bothered so she would have her staff and human resources speak to me and promise once again to resolve matters but didn't get resolved and ended up with a ending of relationship with the company, so sad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

to make sure to place all promises in writing and if they state that they're going to send a hard copy by mail, that they fallow through and send one. Also make it only fair for the employee and employer to make a profit evenly if they're canceled or if they are let go before 4 hours that they both get 4 hours of pay not just the company and employee just 2 hours if that's all they worked, it just doesn't seem fair. and not have the scheduler's badger the employees to work a full 8 hours so they can profit , but yet when you try to work 8 hours you're only given 4 hours 3 hours at times and that's okay because its not a guarantee per rehababilities' policy it should work both ways, if they're asking you to be available for 8 hours then they should give you 8 hours
