Former Employee - US Recruitment in Hyderābād (India)

I worked at Relevante full-time for more than a year

    Pros

One of the worst place to work.

    Cons

Please don't consider the previous reviews because this guys asked every employee to write positive reviews about this company. (all the above reviews are fake)

They treat employees like animals and ask them to work day and night.

Lot of PRESSURE, No Salaries on time, they really don't know why they fire someone.

They had very good MSP Clients who gave them good placements, while when everything was going well they decided to keep this clients aside and concentrate only on full time positions and the other day they come up with a decision that they dont want half of the recruiters working on the floor and they ask them to leave the company immediately.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You people have to realize that money is not everything, please have some ethical values...

guy who handles the Indian operations don't have good management skills, they always argue with recruiters and managers and treat them as if they are beggars.
