I have been working at Renaud-Bray part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

For anyone interested in books, it's a great place, where you can learn many things about the cultural industry. The co-workers I worked with for a few years are quite awesome. The team work was great. The benefits were there.

    Cons

The upper management needs to listen to the employees. Those working in the stores contribute to the success or decline of the company, so it would be great if the big bosses listened to them. Also, they have a one-track mind. The company really works in a "my way or the highway" type of culture. So if you don't fit in, or if you try to make changes in any way... you're gonna have a bad time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

All the changes happening in the company in the past few years have to stop. It's only going downhill and the employees just don't feel like you even care about what used to make the compay successful.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
