I worked at Renewal By Andersen full-time (more than an year)

If you can get into sales, there is a lot of money to be made. Andersen has a great history of reliable windows and doors and you can easily benefit from the years of marketing the brand has made for itself. That being said, you don't have to work directly for RBA to sell their product. They ownership did have a decent 401k match program, but only if you work 3-5+ years.

Most of the management at this location, are a bunch of self-centered goons. When the company doesn't sell, many of the upper-management resort to a derogatory culture which contradicts their demeanor when sales are up. Instead of incentivising workers and encouraging them to pull through, they often berate people until they can't take it and quit. Sales and production then both suffer from low morale. While management is struggling to make "bonuses" many other workers struggle to survive. Therefor the payout for being a salesman/management is the only worthy battle in this office as most other workers are paid very poorly in comparison.
