    Decent pay and employee discounts

Long hours and they insist that they are believe in a "family/work lifestyle" but that is far from the truth. it is a 44 hr work week and heaven forbid you go over those 44 hrs. You can get promoted fast enough but a new title does not mean new duties it means more duties on top of your current ones and you can not fall behind on them at all. If you have a life changing event don't count on being able to do them. If you have kids then you will not see them due to the demand of long hrs and never having a weekend off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You travel around from store to store but the employees are so scared of their store managers that they can not tell you how they really feel about the store they are in. If the employee shares their feelings with someone like a DM about their SM it always gets back to the SM and then you are treated unfairly and feel like there is no where to turn and no one to talk to to fix the situation. If there was a more open door policy and more confidentiality then I think you would have less of a revolving door company.
