    Pros

    Safety is a priority. They are the second largest next to Waste Management

    Cons

    Poor commission and bonus plans. Not designed to promote sales. Upper management is not trained in soft skills and does not know how to motivate employees, Company does not promote within. No upward mobility. It is a good ole boy style of running a company which is outdated and ineffective. Computer software is cumbersome and should be eliminated. Pressure from management to achieve un-realistic goals based off of hypothetical numbers. Service to customers is not as important as sales numbers. Very narrow outlook, they are only concerned with the here and now and because of it they find themselves reactive instead of proactive. Very poor process

    Advice to Management

    Stop following the advice of third party companies and develop the talent within the company. Management needs to have hands on sales experience not hired because of who they know. It is time for management to respect their customers and change the dynamics of how they conduct daily business. They need to focus on brand recognition and increase their mass marketing.
