Little room for advancement
Customer service reps are treated like chattel with no appreciation shown by other departments.
Those that are lucky enough to get advanced into supervisory positions get little or no managerial training.Advice to ManagementAdvice
This company is good but your method of treating your lowest employees is deplorable.
