-Great office environment -Comparatively fast promotions -Casual dress -Most people are genuinely nice and friendly -Company goes out of its way to keep the fun family culture -Lots of perks, happy hours and fitness events -Great CEO -Ability to work from home

-Low pay. Most of employee dissatisfaction comes from this point yet management skims over it (which is one way of running the business, but this directly causes the high turnover). Saying the pay range is "market value" doesn't make it market value especially when factoring in that the job technically requires employees to be on call. PMs manage large amounts of live survey sample and if anything goes wrong overnight or over the weekends, you are expected to be able to address it immediately. Depending on your team's workload and how demanding your clients are, you could be working around the clock with no additional incentive. There is also no reward for high performing teams that bring in the most money (unless you are a sales manager) which is something management struggles to fix. -Political/gossipy environment. Gossip is the norm at this organization. The company positions itself as having a family culture, which is true to an extent but the gossip/cliquishness is the flip side of the coin. -Long ramp up time. In-house tools are not intuitive and can take a while to learn, even with a tech-savvy, young workforce. Company shifting to new tool that will make managing sample more efficient. -Upper management are very nice people, but are disconnected from the day to day work and do not create real change. There are a ton of meetings about what could be done better to keep people from leaving, but nothing has really changed.

    Advice to Management

Pay employees better, create change based on feedback.
