Former Employee - Direct Support Professional (Full-Time) in Chapel Hill, NC

I worked at Residential Services (NC) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It is a good part-time college job

    Cons

Low pay and very poor benefits; staff gets very little support from management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Acknowledge employees that are there to work hard. If you don't, they will feel under-appreciated and leave.
