    Pros

The people are fantastic, the training is great and they are wonderful at recognition. Work/life balance is good too.

    Cons

Pay is low, there is a lot of growth at the bottom, but once you make supervisor you get stuck.

    Advice to Management

Make career path a part of your regular reviews - and openly support people leaving if they can't make it up within their current role. I always loved working for companies who have a "springboard" mentality - they'll do everything they can to help you move up, even if it means out. Then, people often come back after a couple years elsewhere. Helping employees jump to sister agencies would be awesome.
