I have been working at Resource Interactive full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great culture, focus on education with ResourceU, women owned and strong thought leadership.

    Cons

Culture can be very provincial. The company is based in Columbus, OH and they are proud of it, and they should be. However if you want to grow into other parts of the country, if you are not from Ohio and not a Ohio State fan it can feel alienating. Also the constant organizational change makes it hard to focus on the client work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay proud of your midwestern roots, don't try to keep up with the jonses. Think of a culture that isn't so focused on Columbus.
