Probably best to stay away at the current time. The situation may improve there soon, but not after lots of upheaval.

Great mission, hip environment, and many extremely nice people to work with despite the management situation.

    1. There are folks in the most senior management roles that genuinely don't know what they are doing and are making others miserable with their insecurity and resultant poor decisions. This is a company that promises to look after you and value you as an employee but in fact often ends up doing the opposite for too many. Many of the good people I knew have left the organization or have been let go for weird reasons, mostly political.

    2. Salaries are below market.

    3. Employee contributions to health care are too high, considering the low salaries especially. .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please be honest with what is going on in your organization and follow through with your companies stated values. Allow subordinates concerns to be heard in a positive way without firing them.
