    Pros

You can move up quickly because there are very few quality people at any level and they are desperate...

    Cons

From the top down, the only management style employed/encouraged is outright bullying and constant threats. As a manager, you will put in as many hours as humanly possible, then you will be replaced once you have given your all and burned out. As an entry level warehouse worker, the turnover will be constant due to the expectations placed on management (and the bullying will unfortunately come down on you as well.) Compared to comparable positions elsewhere, management is extremely underpaid.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As soon as possible, move to another company that sees quality employees as something worth investing in. Upper management likes to control people through intimidation, just remember, you can always leave!
