    I worked at Retail Solutions full-time (more than an year)


    Competitive pay and benefit structure
    - For Engineers: Ever changing platforms and software helps them work across multiple technologies/platforms/tools - great place to learn new stuff and get hands on.
    - Product Mgmt: Huge plus constant new happenings; just might be overwhelming
    - Sales/Biz Dev: Sweet spot, they can do whatever they want (without realizing the pain inflicted to other departments)
    - PMO: Processes are in flux, reaching steady state soon (hopefully)
    - Operations: Painful because of disparate not-in-sync-systems; not scaling to need and meeting SLAs.

    ** Great CEO and vision meaning stock options might help in the longer term


    The scalability of the legacy platform used the by RSi is flawed and is known to degrade on KPIs as time progresses.
    Execution end to end as a company machine is flawed at multiple points unable to grow the co. to go public.
    Some reporting structures are weird. Long timers bias is significant
    * Some resources are extremely Overworked *

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on costs - quickly.
    Management of employees and reporting structures should be re-looked at.
    Please ensure work life balance.
