    I worked at Revco Industries full-time


    - Work and Life balance: Everyone left at 4:30 pm and is able to spend time with family afterwards. - Great people to work with - Low turnover ratio: Most of them stayed at Revco at least 10 years. If you work there for 5 years, you're still new. - Family-friendly environment: They will treat you like a part of their family. They offer annual picnic and invite all Revco families and significant others. Especially, kids are the ones who get excited the most. - Good bonus program, especially when you stay there for long enough. - Very Organized structure.


    - No room to grow at all: Some of the managers do not really support their employees to grow and overpromised them for promotions. FYI, many of them have worked at the same level for many years. If you want to grow and seek for advancement, I'm so sorry. This is not the right place for you, or you can just stay there for few years and move on. - Favoritism: Some employees get special treatments, based on the taste of upper managements. You might be qualified to take as many vacations as you want. They will like you so much if you're from well-known universities. Otherwise, they might treat you like 2nd class even if you're a good employee. - Top-down relationship between managers and employees: You might need to have no words to speak up for yourself.

    Advice to Management

    Please remember employee should be treated equally, no matter who they are and where they are from. Also you don't need to overpromise employees to motivate them and should open your hearts and listen to employees.
