Its was a steady pay check. Couple of cool co-workers all the smart ones have since left.. This place is a joke

Management was too busy trying to find out the latest gossip, find out who didn't 't like who, WORRIED ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE'S TEAM. Worry about how you can become a better manager and not worry about what the next manager is doing. I heard there is no receptionist, its cold in the office all the time and everyone is on edge. Sounds like they preparing to end it all. I wonder where all the managers that can't manage will go then? Or all the paranoid managers that think someone wants their job will go? Speaking of that. If you have someone on your team that can do your job just as good or better than you... Don't be intimidated you should build on that and want them to move forward not fear for your job. Newsflash!! If you're doing your job and doing it well no one can take it. I'm glad I got out and wirjubg for a company that appreciates me as an employee!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

See the above Not sure if some of the pitiful managers that I had the displeasure of knowing are still around. But I grew tired of hearing about you catty women gossiping about your team. I must say the male managers ... Majority of them were ok...some would entertain the foolishness but others would keep walking. Micro management is only going to run folks away. Look at how many people have left thus far...
