    I worked at Rexel USA full-time (More than 3 years)


    I had the chance to meet and work with wonderful people across the various departments and locations. Many of whom were great at their jobs.


    Limited job growth opportunities in several departments at corporate. Inconsistent with applying policies at times. There seemed to be a culture of promoting the incompetent and encouraging complacency.

    Advice to Management

    Ensure that your employee receive additional training, outside of corporate training, that would afford the opportunity to add more value to their respective departments.
