Peers (at the "manager"/low level) are good to work with. Talent at that level is good, lots of good external experience.

Lack of culture and lack of desire from leadership (top level) to build a culture. Morale is bad because employees are not treated with respect. There is way too much micro-management from top down. Not allowed to perform functions/tasks that are outlined in job descriptions as stated (can't make even the smallest of decisions without top management input and full involvement). Be careful when reading a job description - things may not always be as they seem! If you're looking for a place to grow, professionally, this is not the place.
