Its a great international company to work for. Great and interesting people from around the world.

Low wages, poor cross training.. kind of like the right hand doesn't now what the left hand is doing. Which makes the design of the phone system suck.. big time. When calling in if the phone lines are busy then that call can get routed anywhere or to any department. With no cross training the employees have little knowledge on where call should go. So call can go to several departments before finding its destination.

    Advice to Management

You have lots of long term employees that work hard for your company. If these employees are willing to work for so long with long hours for low wages then you have a great company and your employees are loyal. Reward them, please. Not with the occasional dinner or lunch but with higher wages. Bonuses are nice but what really helps a family is the hourly/annual wage. Step up the cross training and fix your phone system.
