I worked at Ricoh full-time (more than 8 years)

All of my management for the most part was great. Good people that care about you and your success. Since Ricoh is such a large company there are a lot of opportunities to advance. They also provide extensive sales and product training to their employees.

Again since Ricoh is so large decisions are made at a very high level, this leave employees feeling like the company doesn't care about them often. After several mergers and culture changes Ricoh has decreased their comp plans year over year. This along with a steady decline in customer service and ability to meet customer needs/requests made my job in sales very difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand that the decline in ability to retain customers is directly associated with RIcoh's reaction time to their issues.
