    I worked at Right at Home full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Ok if you have no intention of a long term employ with company.

    Cons

    Extremely high stress. Unhealthy environment. Favoritism . Low pay. No recognition or financial bonus. Takes credit for skills of staff. Staff burn out fast. Those with a strong work ethic, not for you.
    It's all about the MONEY and being number one - no matter what.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Check on the area competition's view of the reputation of this owner and staff. Poll the staff anonymously to learn the internal cracks in the foundation, audit.Much room for improvement. Pay the staff what they are worth.
