Former Employee - CNA  in  Frederick, MD
Former Employee - CNA in Frederick, MD

I worked at Right at Home part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    -Can make your own schedule.
    -weekly pay

    Cons

    -inadequate report to shifts
    -don't reimburse for gas
-for a while I had to drive far away for an assignment
-background check and physical comes out of your first check and they don't pay it back.
-Some people required more care than I could provide e.g. a patient they said was one assist could barely get out of the wheelchair and she had no gait belt and was very heavy. She would be a 2 assist in a facility.
