I have been working at Riis Borg Construction full-time

    Pros

Other than parking, and the building being located next to the Freeways making it an easy commute for drivers, nothing really stands out.

    Cons

    Disorganized Training Process
No growth or potential for salary increases
    Unresponsive management
If you commute via public transit, you will find getting to work to be difficult

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide REAL training and orientation to employees to give them the best chance to succeed
Be responsive to questions or advice from employees - chances are, ideas can bring progressive change to an organization
Drop the favoritism of certain individuals and be willing to listen to concerns - notice when things are being "missed"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
