I worked at Rogers Benefit Group full-time (more than 5 years)Pros
Pay is decent and quarterly bonuses are something to look forward to.
Comfortable office environmentCons
For a company selling health insurance, offering your own employees HSA plans kind of sucks.
Vacation days are pretty skimpy until you work there a few years.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Bonuses earned by back office staff should be tied to something tangible. In other words, a number which allows employees to link bonus pay to quarterly performance. As it stands, a truly measurable system does not exist and this is grossly unfair to your staff. it seems as if bonuses are simply decided by who management likes best that quarter. Quite frankly, it seems a rather tacky system designed to breed brown-noser's who end up talking behind management's back anyways.
