I worked at Rogers Communications full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The medical and dental benefits are amazing for staff
There are a lot of brand promotions during training sessions so you get lots of opportunity for freebies
You have opportunities in other fields within rogers aside from just sales even if you start there as they own some TV stations and magazines.

    Cons

    Constant technical issues
Salary is the lower end of spectrum for the amount of work you do
You need to have thick skin because cell phones have become so important to people that they will lash out
Upper management is difficult so when you have any problems you need to go through a large series of people
    Constant errors on pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get the pay sorted out, not only is it low but when you combine with constant errors and late pays it makes it impossible for staff to manage their personal lives and living expenses.
Make upper management more accessible as a lot of staff fear if a complaint is made they will lose their jobs even if their direct superior is being unethical.
