I worked at Roland Berger full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Name recognition, esp among car manufacturers, mostly in Europe

    Cons

If you are over 35, no need to apply. I had an interview with a German partner in Chicago who was clueless about US labor laws and when he heard I am 36 he said "Uh, oh" and basically ended it with irrelevant small talk.
They take advantage of young people in accordance with the company founder's publicly stated attitude that "young people can be squeezed like lemons and then thrown away" (Mr. Berger, Germany, early 90s)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Arrive in the 21st century and lose the discriminatory attitude.
