    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Roper St. Francis Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)

Flexible scheduling, appropriate availability of supplies/equipment, nurse:patient ratio is safe and effective, management/leadership provides proper resources for true patient-centered care

Inpatient nursing is generally challenging, and Roper's patients are quite sick, so the work can be totally exhausting (mentally, physically, emotionally).

    Advice to Management

Please continue to operate the way you do. Having now experienced work in almost every hospital in the area, you take care of staff working conditions better than others in the area. Thus, the staff can truly practice "patient-centered" care.
