Current Employee - Operations in Harrisonburg, VA

I have been working at Rosetta Stone full-time (more than an year)

The best thing about Rosetta Stone is the enormous amount of caring that comes from employees. Whether it is directed at employees, customers, the community, or the future, it is evident that the company cares about the impact it has on the world. Work life balance is good and managers are understanding when it comes to extenuating circumstances. Benefits are great. I feel that my job makes a difference and that fact alone allows me to enjoy it.

Things change so quickly, sometimes I get the feeling of whiplash. Trust in senior management is low, employees don't like the feeling of being lied to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be better to have a more solid plan coming from leadership so those who are fulfilling the plan have more sturdy ground to stand on.

    Positive Outlook
