    I have been working at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    THe best thing in this hotel is that company will be paying for doing online courses for the staff

    Cons

    A place where the benefits and the good things will be there ONLY for management positions, management is ready to spend money for the outings of management every month but not ready to pay that money atleast a half month salary as a bonus (other than the regular bonus) In this hotel there is a very great policy for bonus (again this great policy applies for normal staff only) the employee who works the whole year without a sick leave without an absent will get 1 month salary as bonus and the employee who will have e.g 10 days sick leave, 20 days absent in the whole year will get same 1 month salary as bonus, but this will not apply for management, as management is doing great things by sitting in lobby of the hotel for hours and hours and gossiping by the name of the meeting they will be having certain percentage of amount from their annual salary

    Advice to Management

    Try to be fair in giving promotions and increments instead of giving the more % of hike for the employees (management) whom you like even if he is not a good performer and loosing the good employees coz of giving less hike e.g pre opening employees are leaving the company coz of better opportunities and specifically for good salaries
