    Pros

    Lots of growth possible even in this $11B company.
    Opportunities on corp side from stope ops, IT, Allocations, Security and others.
    There are starting positions out of college, but best opportunities are for early/mid career individuals to grow.
    If coming in below Manager, route up to Manager could be long and slow compared to other SF Bay Area employers.
    Overall competitive pay if not starting right out of college. Good bonus structure. Good 401k match.

    Cons

    Healthcare benefits are definitely a weak point. Employee contribution is high for high deductible plans that aren't all that great. Problem is corp employees lumped into same plans as retail store employees, which limits competitiveness of offering to other potential corp employers people may choose.
    Pay can be a sticking point given the booming economic climate of the SF Bay Area, but overall pay including bonuses is good.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

    I realize that recommending separate corp healthcare plans creates two classes of employees, but reality is reality and corp needs to be competitive with recruiting new and retaining existing employees, and healthcare is a sticking point.
