    I have been working at Ross Stores part-time (more than an year)


    20% discount on merch, 40% a few times a year


    Hardworking people get the shaft since there are no consequences for those who are late or call out repeatedly, constantly short on workers, consistently messy areas and dumb, rude customers. Boring, tedious, and easy work picking merch off the ground and hanging it up (recovering)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respect and acknowledge those who work hard, do their job, and organize their areas. Maintain priorities and coach the slackers on that, it's not going to be perfect
