Management's overall strategy is on target - they understand their targeted consumer - although jumping in and out of categories is confusing to the customer

They have unrealistic work/life balance expectations at the corporate level Be careful who you align yourself with - it continues to be a very political atmosphere with many undercurrents and cliches to be navigated. Not for the neophyte.

    Advice to Management

At some point in time experience in the businesss trumps new, inexperienced cheap labor. New ideas should be encouraged not discouraged.
