    Pros

    Travel, coworkers become life long friends, and great way to advance up the ranks. Great Resume builder.

    Cons

    The ships are flagged outside the US, so minimum wage and labor laws aren't followed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay your employees fairly, don't work them like dogs and you will build a better reputation.
