    Pros

GREAT PEOPLE, cant emphasis that enough. Really down to earth executive team. The human factor is there.

I personally had a great experience at R&S. The marketing department is tough, and there wont be any apologies for it, as it should be! If you are not on your game and a THINKER (not just an average administrator being constantly hand-held and told every second what to do), you wont last. It was definitely not for the faint of heart, but that's what I loved about it. It was a challenge and kept you on your toes. For anyone who thrives off a challenge and would be bored otherwise, doesn't take the work personally and has gumption about their assignments, then I would recommend this role. There is a lot you can learn from the Marketing team if you're competent enough to absorb it. I grew leaps and bounds at this company and will forever appreciate all the hard won lessons I learned and mentor-ship I received here.

    Cons

Older company rich with history, makes it both a positive and a negative... great history with corporate culture, but hard to get new thinking and new ideas off the ground.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You know how to pick good people, keep it up. Dont be afraid of change, take some risks.
