I have been working at Ryan, LLC full-time (More than 3 years)

I started as a temp administrative assistant and after 5 months was put onto the payroll. I had an amazing manager of whom I'll never see the likes of again. She left the company for personal reasons. Upon her departure, I took it upon myself to find another path to go down as if I hadn't found another position in the Firm, I believe my days would have been numbered. My feeling is they do not want to let people go, especially after investing the money they do to bring you "onboard." Their mantra states that they hire the smartest and brightest talent, which happens to be true! I am now in business development and love my job and my colleagues. I have been in the workforce more years than I care to admit and Ryan is the best company I have ever worked at!

The salary compensation is pitiful, unfortunately. Even the bonus structure is rather glib.

    Advice to Management

Consider the cost of living increases around the country and up the pay scale! You'll have happier employees willing to go the extra mile.
