I worked at SABIC full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great atmoshpere to work. Everyone seemed willing to help each other out to accomplish common goals. Good pay. Good benefits. Company has lots of cash to invest back into the business.

    Cons

KSA has caused some things to slow down. Recently added safety regulations can seem overwhelmingly difficult to get anything done. Aging workforce is all eligible for retirement right now but there is no clear indication of when they will actually be retiring. There could be a huge out flux of human capital at one time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look to the future by hiring and developing promising talent. Work on increasing company name recognition. Don't be afraid to push back on some of the different standards that exist for the American plants as opposed to the other plants in the world.
