I have been working at SAFY full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This company gives you good opportunities to develop your skills, offers flexible scheduling for you/your clients, offers tuition reimbursement for furthering your education, and there are (limited) opportunities to further your career within the company.

    Cons

Some of the management staff is arguably the most unethical individuals I have ever met. This leads to neglect of the needs of the youth/families that we serve in order to meet quotas instead. Human Resources is not based in anything expect the corporate office, your needs are unlikely to be met as they require you to collect "evidence" to prove the issues you are complaining about. This will take upwards of 4+ months to resolve.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your many satellite offices need to have on site H.R. representatives. I experienced a significant amount of abuse at your company that was not addressed appropriately by H.R. as they were unable to witness or timely respond to my complaints. Having an office H.R. liaison would greatly reduce the amount of conflict that the staff are likely to experience while trying to address issues, paperwork/necessary materials would be more likely to be received immediately, and it would provide for a better more positive office culture. Management seems to think that since there is no one that they are responsible to (as there is no HR representative present,) they are free to manipulate and threaten staff instead.
