    I worked at SAFY full-time

The benefits are pretty good if you are offered a full time job. They medical and dental plans are affordable. The life insurance they offer does not come out of your paycheck. If you are a therapist/case worker or foster parent coordinator, they are flexible with your work schedule.

If you are an office manager or office aide, you are REQUIRED to be in the office from 8:30am-5pm and cannot work from home. You accrue your vacation and sick time by working, for example, 0.0026 vacation hours earned for every hour you work. (This is just an example, I can't remember the exact figure). Office work may be boring if you are an extrovert. The pay was not too great either. I know many therapists who did not have a social life because they were contanstly working overtime because they were given too many clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Putting clients first should be a priority, instead I felt like the priority was making money.
