    I have been working at SAGE Publications full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great Benefits plans, including a 5-year trip and extremely affordable health/vision/dental coverage.

    Cons

    Human Resources is run like a bazaar and their ability to disseminate information is poor at best.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve information dissemination and the role/effect of poor human capital management.
