Nothing special here. It used to be a good place many years ago.

I worked at SAIC full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The engineers that I worked with are good hard working individuals and I made several long term friends.

    Cons

Political motivations make it difficult to move up unless you are willing to rub elbows with upper management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dump the deadbeat management that feel that their primary job is "checking a box" and replace them with individuals with some vision and actual managerial skills.
