I have been working at SAP

Excellent and international working environment. Lots of oportunity in term of mobility. Excellent training and skill development system. SAP offers competitive compensation packages. Pay is partly performance-related, and benefits can include relocation expenses, profit sharing, bonuses, stock options, discounted loans, retirement plan, health and accident insurances, and sports and leisure facilities.

To mainy people and project are working on the same subject without knowing it, their is a huge lack of coordination and communication mainly due to the internal political game played by senior managment. It is sometiems extremly hard to obtain information on the techincal aspect of the diffrent product internally and (too )often the political aspect of sharing information limit how accurate it is

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fast track the decision making process and reduce the amount of people involved. Try to coordinate teh different project , which means that senior management should be aware of them ( and understand them) before they start.
